At CatLovers Shopping, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Below, we outline the rules regarding returns and refunds for our products and accessories:

1. Return Period Customers have 15 days from the date of package delivery to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, once this period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

2. Product Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: It must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products showing signs of use by pets (such as pet hair) or on opened food or treat packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs, in accordance with our terms of sale, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Cancellation Process Due to Inventory or Pricing Errors.As stipulated in our Terms and Conditions, if an order is cancelled by us due to an obvious pricing error (e.g., $0.00 or an incorrect price) or a lack of inventory, a full, automatic refund will be processed immediately to the customer's original payment method.
